What we collect
Five things, all of them typed by you on the join page: your first name, last name, work email, the city or metro you work, and who you adjust for. Nothing else. We do not ask for a claim number, a policy number, a phone number, or anything about the losses you handle, and there is nowhere in the league to enter any of it.
The city is how we decide where to open a local board once enough adjusters in a market are playing. It is the metro you typed, not your address and not your location.
What we do with it
We run the league with it. Your name and carrier appear on the leaderboard so your colleagues can see where they stand against you. Your email gets you the weekly picks link.
Joining is also how you tell CATALE Temporary Housing you are happy to hear from them. Your details go to the CATALE team, and they may contact you about temporary housing for your displaced policyholders. That is the honest reason a housing company runs a football pool, and you should know it before you join rather than after.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it outside CATALE Temporary Housing.
- We do not text you. The league is email only.
- We do not touch your carrier systems, and nothing here needs your work login.
How your link works
There is no password, because there is no account. Your league link contains a long random code that identifies you, which is how the picks page knows whose picks to show. Treat it like the link to a shared document: anyone you forward it to could see and change your picks.
That link reaches your picks, your standings, and nothing else. It is a football pool, and it is built to be exactly that.
Leaving
Every email has a leave-the-league link. One click and you are out immediately: the email stops and you come off the standings the same moment. You can rejoin later with the same address. If you would rather someone did it for you, or you want your details deleted outright, email leagues@catale-housing.com and we will handle it.
